Fleets of robots are now deployed by numerous industries, improving efficiency and worker safety. But the batteries that power these robots need to be charged frequently, posing financial and logistical challenges for many companies. Wibotic, a Schmidt Marine Technology Partners’ grantee, is solving that power problem by developing wireless charging technology for autonomous systems, including underwater drones.
